Interviewing Lee
Did you play other sports during your school days, or was it always rugby league for you?
I played cricket, soccer and any other sport they had.
How did you and Rochelle first meet, and when did you marry?
We met in October 1995, and married in October 2000. We met at a school party and I'm best mates with her brother.
What do you like most about living in the UK?
I like the ease of travel to the rest of the world and the friends I've made here.
What do you miss most about Oz?
Family, friends and sunshine.
Who are your rugby league heroes or role models, and why?
Brad Clyde - his amazing work rate and dedication.
My father - he never played sport but works very hard.
What does rugby league mean to you?
Rugby league has provided me with a life I thought I'd never have. I've always had a passion for it, and for the past 22 years I have been counting the days between games.
It has taught me discipline, teamwork, and what can happen if you work hard - but most of all it has provided me with great friendships and allowed me to travel the world.
Thank you, Lee!
Lee's favourite pudding
One of the other things Lee loves about the UK is Banoffee Pie... So I thought I'd share my own version of his favourite pudding with you all. Enjoy!
