Messages for Lee

Katie Alchin - Australia
Lee it's good to see you have fans out there in the world. To me your just my cousin (almost brother). But I must say, were is my mention in the meeting of you and Rochelle? It's also good to see you and Row-chelle back in Aus with bub. But we still want you to come to Bowen Mountain to do your Personal Training in the park.

Geoff - Middlesex
Thanks for a great three years Lee. You made an immediate impact upon arriving at the club in the home game against Warrington at Brentford and continued to be the most consistent player in the club during your time here. You rightly deserve a special send off and place alongside the all time great clubmen and players of this club such as Matterson, Gill, Retchless etc. Good luck in whatever you do in the future.

Spigs - Surrey
Lee, We have never met as I feel that players are entitled to their privacy after games. I have always enjoyed watching you play and remember first seeing you step out and thinking - Wow. Your quality as a player shines through and nothing will stop me paying my respects to you by cheering you on at the Salford game. I have been hooked watching this game since the first game against Wigan (14/9/1980) when the original Fulham RLFC club was born. It has been my privilege to watch many great players and I include you within that. Such a sharp football brain and a guy who stands up to be counted and who tackles above his weight with good technique. May you succeed in whatever you do and come back to the club some time as a returning hero.

Cathy - London
All the very best to you and your family, Lee. It's been a pleasure having you in our team and hope to see you again one day.

Good to speak to you on Christmas Day a couple of years ago. Keep putting diesel in the Peugeot!

Shazza - Hampshire
The best of luck Lee for the future, not just in working outside of Rugby, but also with the birth of your first child. I hope all goes well, and we see you back at the Stoop soon. It is not too late to change your mind and stay! A great player and a great guy. Sorry to see you go.

Charlie Curtis - Kenilworth
Lee - why are you retiring? Is it because I beat you at crazy golf today?

Alan Ainsley - Kenilworth
Hoppo - It's your round at the bar. Mine's a pint of Grolsch. Good luck in Oz.

Paul - London
Lee, I've been watching Fulham/Crusaders/Broncos/Quins since the first game. You have been one of the very best ever to play for this outfit, both on and off the pitch. Best of luck for the future!

Ann - S.E.London
Lee - Sorry to see you go. We appreciate everything you have done for us and especially considering that in the dark days when Wigan came calling, you nailed your colours to the mast. You made a great impression on us from the very first game at Griffin Park and we will remember you as one of our London legends that always did his best. Best wishes for the future to you and your wife (and little Hoppo), and I hope that you will have some good memories of us in London.
